Return Policy

Each of our products is thoroughly examined before delivery. Hence, we do not refund payments made or accept any exchange of products but if you are not satisfied with your order for one reason or the other, please contact us via email : glossyy.gh@gmail.com.

The only exception may be with pre-orders that are not made available within the specified time frame. A 100% refund of the payment made by the customer would be granted to him or her.
